Your next pizza order could come with some new loot. Domino's has announced a crossover with Minecraft Dungeons II, and it includes a brand-new menu item, collectible pizza boxes, exclusive in-game cosmetics and a giveaway of free game codes.
The promotion kicks off on October 26th, and fans have a few different ways to get involved.
Meet The Domino
The centerpiece of the collab is a new pizza called The Domino. It is a made-for-one, Detroit-style pizza with a crispy parmesan crust, and fittingly for Minecraft, it is cut into two blocks. The shape is meant to look like a domino, which makes it one of the more creative pieces of the whole promotion.
Orders will also arrive in special Minecraft Dungeons II boxes. There are six collectible designs to track down, featuring the Creeper, Pig, Zombie, Valorie, the Prime Enchanter and the Corrupted Creeper. Domino's is also working on a Minecraft Dungeons II-themed version of its Domino's Tracker, which is listed as coming soon.
Exclusive In-Game Items
The in-game rewards are where things get interesting for players. Domino's Rewards members who prepay for an order online will receive one of three random Minecraft Dungeons II items with their purchase.
- Domino's Skin
- Slice Slayer Cape
- Cheesy Cube Pet
Each eligible order comes with a 12-character code that can be redeemed in the game under Settings, then Exclusive Content. There is a limit of 10 per order, and each Microsoft account can only redeem one of each item, so you will need at least three lucky orders to collect the full set. Codes need to be redeemed by December 31st, 2027.
The in-game item promotion runs from October 26th through January 10th, 2027, giving fans plenty of time to grab all three.
Free Minecraft Dungeons II Codes
Domino's is also giving away 20,000 codes for the Standard Edition of Minecraft Dungeons II on Xbox Series X and Series S and PC. The giveaway runs from October 26th through November 4th, with 2,000 codes available each day.
To enter, fans need to upload proof of purchase from a Domino's order. With a fixed number of codes each day, anyone hoping to land a free copy will want to get in early. The official rules also note that Microsoft is not a sponsor of the giveaway.
Creators, Commercials And International Markets
The campaign is getting a push from creators JoshVFX and the Macfarlane Brothers, and Domino's has also prepared a 15-second TV spot to promote the partnership.
The collab is not limited to the United States either. Domino's is running versions of the promotion in a long list of international markets, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey. Details may vary depending on the market, so international fans will want to check their local Domino's site for specifics.
About Minecraft Dungeons II
Minecraft Dungeons II launched last month as the sequel to Mojang's dungeon-crawling spin-off. It is available on PC, Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, and it expands on the original with new areas to explore and tough enemies to battle, including the Twisted Warden, a beefed-up take on the Warden that lurks in the game's caves.
Food crossovers have become a regular part of gaming marketing, but this one stands out thanks to the effort put into the pizza itself. A block-shaped pizza with matching collectible boxes feels like a natural fit for the blocky world of Minecraft.
Will you be ordering The Domino to unlock the in-game items, or are you only interested in a shot at a free copy of the game?
