Mega Man 11 is out in October and that feels like a really long time for fans of the Blue Bomber—who have been waiting for a new Mega Man title since 2010, when the franchise seemed to have died for good. Luckily, fans were treated to Mega Man Legacy Collections 1 & 2, as well as an upcoming Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 & 2—and all of this in Mega Man's 30th anniversary.

While fans wait for the Blue Bomber's triumphant return, they have been treated to a couple of trailers showing off some gameplay, some of the game's music—which sounds very Mega Many, if I say so myself—some of the new gameplay mechanics, and have even been introduced to a few of the Robot Masters.

Today, we're getting a brand new clip introducing one of the eight Robot Masters. This time, it's Torch Man's turn to shine as we see some footage of Mega Man fighting him at the end of his stage.

As an interesting fact, Torch Man was a Robot Master in the very obscure Mega Man 3 for DOS, although that Torch Man and Mega Man 11's are not the same character at all. In fact, Mega Man 3 DOS' Torch Man was inspired, design-wise, by Mega Man 3 NES' Magnet Man—but enough of facts, take a look at this awesome new clip of Mega Man vs Torch Man from Mega Man 11.

Mega Man is back! The newest entry in this iconic series blends classic, challenging 2D platforming action with a fresh new visual style. The new Double Gear system boosts Mega Man's speed and power for a new twist to the satisfying gameplay the series is known for.

Mega Man 11 wil be available on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam on the 2nd of October.
