Coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC this August,
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker will see players becoming one of the ninjas of any of the hidden villages featured on the show.
In
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, players will be able to fully customise their characters. From the look their avatars will have, to the techniques they will be able to use and even the village they will be from. On top of that, the game focuses on 4v4 team battles, which will allow players to team up with up to 3 friends to fight other teams in open scenarios from the anime/manga.
So far, we've been introduced to a few of the modes that the game will have, such as Flag Battle, Base Battle and Combat Battle. Today, Bandai Namco has released a brand new trailer showing off the game's Combat Battle mode. In this mode, teams are pitted against each other and the team that defeates the most enemy Shinobis will win.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker also encourages players to fight with more than one team mate, as it will make the matches less difficult, especially if they are accompanied by a Heal Type character—who they will also keep safe if they want to win. Players will also have to look for scrolls in order to power up teammates, or recover their health. Ultimate Ninjutsus are not off the table and they will definitely come in handy when trying to get the upper hand.
