One Piece: World Seeker is not only one of the most ambitious titles of the popular manganime, but also one that is highly anticipated among fans. Bandai Namco announced the game with PC, PS4 and Xbox One in the spotlight, leaving the Nintendo Switch behind.
However, that was at the end of last year, since then Switch has gained a lot of followers. Could this have influenced Bandai Namco's mind? It looks like it might end up doing it in the future.
“We had already started developing [the game] before the Switch came out. We already have our hands full developing just for PS4, Xbox One, and Steam that have already been announced. We’ll see what the fans say, and then think about Switch," says Rei Hirata, producer at Bandai Namco.
One Piece: World Seeker does not yet have a specific release date. The last thing we know about it is that it would arrive at some point later this year. We will keep you informed as more details pop up.
