Guillermo del Toro had some more words to say about Konami, a video game publisher that he was working with on the Silent Hills video game that eventually was scrapped. His words were the same as earlier in the month when he said F*** Konami. Here is the tweet:

Del Toro history with video games hasn't been what he probably would have hoped. Silent Hills was his first video game project that fell apart, even though Konama suggests that they're still commited to the franchise. He also worked with publisher THQ on a game called INSANE, but the company later declared bankrupcy. After failing twice to enter the video game world Del Toro had this to say last year,

"I have proven to be the albatross of video games," he said . "I joined THQ, and THQ goes broke. I join Kojima, and Kojima leaves Konami. I have decided, in order not to destroy anyone else's life, I will never again get involved in video games. Otherwise, I'll join someone and his house will explode, or something."

Though he didn't want to ruin anyone else's life, he didn't keep his promise as he was featured in Kojima's Death Stranding video game trailer that aired during the Video Game Awards earlier this month.  The game itself has generated a lot of buzz. Aparently third time is the charm.
