SUPER SMASH BROS.-Style Game In The Works From WB That Would Pit Batman Against Rick, Bugs Bunny, And More

As Space Jam: A New Legacy proved, Warner Bros. holds the rights to a lot of different IPs. Now, a new leak suggests that we could be getting a Super Smash Bros.-style brawler with many of the studio's most iconic characters pitted against each other in the "Warner Bros. Multiverse."

The alleged roster reportedly features Steven Universe, Batman, Harley Quinn, Finn (Adventure Time), Jake (Adventure Time)
Shaggy (Scooby-Doo), Superman, Wonder Woman, Gandalf, Rick (Rick & Morty), Bugs Bunny, and Tom & Jerry. We're assuming this just scratches the surface of who would be available, but that's not a bad lineup by any means.

Multiversus is said to be one possible name for this game, while various sources have since reported it's both very real and (unfortunately) not being developed by Mortal Kombat and Injustice's Netherrealm.

Before getting too excited, it's worth noting the game has been described as looking "cheap," so chances are it could be a free-to-play mobile game rather than one we can expect to see on current or last-gen consoles. It's exciting to think about what the likes of LeBron James, Mad Max, Rocky, Godzilla, and Harry Potter could bring to the table here too.

We'll keep you updated, but here's hoping an official announcement follows this leak.
