Capcom recently released a new video for their upcoming Sci-Fi shooter sequel Lost Planet 2. That, in and of itself isn't news, but what is news is the fact that Marcus Phoenix and Dominic Santiago, the two main characters in Epic Games Gears of War, make a cameo in the new trailer.

Now the question remains, how will Marcus and Dom be involved? Based on the earlier announcement by Capcom that there will be an Alber Whesker character for those that pre-order from gamestop (read the announcement here), you can bet that these will be Xbox 360 exclusive characters, but how will you unlock them? And why is Epic Games allowing their franchise characters to be included in a non-Epic video game? Is there another announcement on the horizon for our favorite gear heads?
