Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been out now for about three weeks — it's available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Along with pretty much every other game on the market,
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare features some cool Easter Eggs which make reference to other media.
For example, if you look into the sewer grate on the "Docks" multiplayer map, you'll be able to see a red balloon. That would be a reference to the horror movie named
It. Recently, a player discovered one on the "Hill" multiplayer map and the
Call of Duty community seems to think it could be a hint at a future addition to the game.
If you aim towards a tree that's situated just outside of the map itself, you'll be able to spot a strange and blurry effect. At first, you might think that it's just a visual glitch. However, the blur will then spark with ripples of blue. This is quite similar to the camoflauge effect used in the
Predator action movies. Check it out below (via

Back in 2013's
Call of Duty: Ghosts, the Predator was introduced as a playable character in multiplayer. Many believe that the aforementioned Easter Egg could be hinting that the fearsome alien might rear its head in
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's multiplayer as a playable operator. Both of the above-mentioned
Call of Duty games were developed by Infinity Ward, after all.
