The Crew 2 after the game's launch on June 29, or just joining the upcoming
BETA TESTS that will start on May 31 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC (while access is limited, all closed beta players will be able to invite up to three friends to join them), Ubisoft gives you a chance to take a look at a ton of new footage and direct feed gameplay recorded by Easy Allies, IGN, and many more.
Similarly to Watch_Dogs 2, and recently announced Rage 2, The Crew 2 takes the original idea and just expand it as much as possible, and chances the tone and tries to have as much fun as possible. Just like in the last (and utterly disappointing) entries of the Need for Speed series, everything you do in The Crew 2 builds your reputation, with the overall goal to become the real internet phenomenon.
Developer Ivory Tower has managed to fix some of the issues presented in the first The Crew, including the "questionable" quality of the driving model, dated graphics, and unnecessarily complicated, and maybe even just unnecessary story in the main campaign. But in the sequel, nothing stops you from enjoying the spectacle from inside the cockpit, clicking right stick and being suddenly behind the wheel of a sleek silver automobile. That's how the real magic should work and there's a big chance that the developer will deliver on that crazy, ambitious premise.
The newest iteration in the revolutionary franchise, The Crew 2 captures the thrill of the American motorsports spirit in one of the most exhilarating open worlds ever created. Welcome to Motornation, a huge, varied, action-packed, and beautiful playground built for motorsports throughout the entire US of A. Enjoy unrestrained exploration on ground, sea, and sky. From coast to coast, street and pro racers, off-road explorers, and freestylers gather and compete in all kinds of disciplines. Join them in high-octane contests and share every glorious moment with the world.
The Crew 2 releases for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 29, 2018.
