Cyberpunk 2077 has had players impatiently waiting pretty much since the game was announced by CD Projekt RED. The developer has established itself as one of the most trust-worthy studios after their phenomenal work on The Witcher series of video games, so fans being this excited for the upcoming cyberpunk title is more than understandable.
Unfortunately, fans will have to keep waiting a little bit longer before they finally get their hands on Cyberpunk 2077, since last month the developers announced that the game was being pushed back once again, and will now be launching in November of this year.
The great news is that the people over at CD Projekt RED have wasted no time since they announced the delay. In fact, it seems like they're making up for it by sharing more information about Cyberpunk 2077.
As a matter of fact, CD Projekt Red announced that even an anime series based on the game is currently in the works, and that Cyberpunk 2077 will be backwards compatible with both next-gen consoles — which is probably the best news that fans who have been eagerly anticipating the game's release could've gotten.
As CD Projekt RED keeps sharing new information about the highly anticipated title, today players are introduced to Mr. Godhand and Mr. Jenkins —two mysterious new characters that will be appearing in the game — although details about their roles in Cyberpunk 2077 have not been revealed as of yet.
