Fans of CD Projekt RED were slightly disappointed to find out that Cyberpunk 2077 would no longer be releasing in September, and that the developer had decided to push back the game's launch date for the 19th of November. Of course, everybody understood the reasoning, but it was still a tad of a let-down for some.
CD Projekt RED was quick to make up for the delay, announcing that Cyberpunk 2077 would be backwards-compatible with both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X — which is some of the best news any developer could give to players.
On top of the backwards compatibility with next-gen consoles, the developer also revealed that a brand-new gameplay trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 would be released on the 25th of June. This news is particularly great, since the game's last trailer was released during last year's E3.
Today CD Projekt RED has delivered on their promise, as they released an awesome gameplay trailer for Cyberpunk 2077, which showcases the game's visually impressive world, some of its uique characters, and has Keanu Reeves dropping a very satisfying F-Bomb at the end of it.
