Cyberpunk 2077 is a highly-anticipated open-world first-person shooter title that's in development at CD Projekt Red. It will notably include Keanu Reeves as an in-game companion be releasing on April 16th, 2020. Recently, CD Projekt Red revealed that the game is on the verge of going gold — more on that here.

During their annual community event in Poland, according to an attendee (via VideoGamesChronicle), the developer hears the call for car customisation to be included in Cyberpunk 2077. However, the studio requested patience on that as they don't have anything to announce to do with it at the moment.

As well, CD Projekt Red revealed that they're aiming for realistic car physics. That means, more so than that of fellow open-world games such as the Grand Theft Auto series.

Similarly, the developer talked about in-game racing mini-games. Apparently, those of Cyberpunk 2077 will be "untraditional," and let players really test the speed of their vehicles.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release on April 16th, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
