New information that has managed to make its way online has revealed that the physical edition of CD Projekt RED's highly anticipated, and long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077 will actually be including two Blu-Ray discs; perhaps suggesting that the game is quite massive in size.
This information comes from Reddit user u/Mikeymorphin, who's taken some pictures of the game's box for the PlayStation 4 version, in which it is also revealed that the game will require a minimum of 70GB of storage to be installed; not necessarily the largest game out there, but still quite massive.
Considering the size of the game, it is definitely interesting to see that the developers have included a second Blu-Ray disc. Red Dead Redemption 2 also included two discs, but Rockstar Games' critically acclaimed title is well over 100GB in size.
Could it be that CD Projekt RED has included another disc that comes with something extra that isn't necessarily part of the game? Behind the scenes videos of the development process for Cyberpunk 2077, perhaps?
CD Projekt RED has previously announced that the fourth episode in the Night City Wire series, in which they reveal new informatio nabout the upcoming title, will be livestreamed this Thursday, so it is very plausible that they could shed some light on this particular topic.
