Blizzard seemingly is the victim of its own ambition as the studio announced last week that the BlizzCon audience will have a chance to join the
Diablo team as they discuss what's in store for the heroes of Sanctuary. Many fans thought that it's an unofficial way to confirm that the beloved studio will finally unveil
Diablo IV or at least a
Diablo II remaster, but it looks like it will something smaller.
"
We know what many of you are hoping for and we can only say that “good things come to those who wait,” but evil things often take longer," Blizzard Entertainment explained in the recently updated press release. "
We appreciate your patience as our teams work tirelessly to create nightmarish experiences worthy of the Lord of Terror." As a reminder, it took the studio 12 years to make
Diablo III.
"
While we won’t be ready to announce all of our projects, we do intend to share some Diablo-related news with you at the show," the note continued. It definitely sounds like Blizzard has something is store for the fans of the hack'and'slash series. All will be revealed during the
Diablo: What's Next presentation that will take place on November 2, 2018, between 8:30PM and 9:15PM CET.
Stand tall among Sanctuary’s meek and wicked to battle walking corpses, horrifying cultists, fallen seraphs, and the Lords of Hell. When the High Heavens and the Burning Hells war, humanity must be its own salvation.
Diablo III: Eternal Collection will be available for the Nintendo Switch November 2, 2018.
