Diablo IV Open Beta Details

Gameplay Mechanics

The gameplay mechanics in Diablo IV have been refined and expanded upon, taking the best elements from the previous installments in the franchise while also introducing new innovations. Combat is promised to be fluid and dynamic, with powerful skills and abilities that will allow players to decimate their enemies.

New Classes & Skills

Diablo IV introduces new classes, each with their unique skillsets and abilities. Returning classes like the Barbarian and Sorceress are joined by the new Druid and Rogue classes, both of which are set to offer some fresh gameplay experiences for both veterans and newcomers alike.

During the beta, players will have the ability to assume five of Diablo IV's classes; the Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, and Sorcerer.

Players will be allowed a maximum of 10 chracters per Battle.net account. Blizzard has recommended playing different classes once you have reached level 25 with a character.

Visuals & World Design

The world of Sanctuary has been beautifully realized in Diablo IV, with stunning visuals and atmospheric environments that immerse players in the dark and foreboding world of Sanctuary. Players will be able to explore vast open-world regions teeming with dangerous creatures, secrets, as well as discover powerful treasures.

Multiplayer & Trading

Diablo IV offers seamless multiplayer integration, allowing players to team up and tackle the game's challenging content together. The trading system has also been revamped, enabling a more dynamic and player-driven economy.

During the beta, console players will have access to co-op modes via couch co-op (two players on the same console and sharing a screen).

Players will also have access to online 4-player co-op.

Players will gain a 5% bonues to experience if you are near another player while vanquishing demons and 10% if you are near a member of your party.
