Sega Genesis Classics is a compilation of games that brings some of the best titles the fantastic, and classic of course, Sega Genesis(Mega Drive) library has to offer.
The game was announced for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One earlier this March, and was released on the 29th of May. Sega Genesis Classics features over 50 classic games that include titles like
Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle,
Altered Beast,
Galaxy Force II,
Golden Axe,
Sonic the Hedgehog 2,
Streets of Rage, and
Virtua Fighter 2 among many, many more.
Sega has just announced that
Sega Genesis Classics will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, and the game will be available
this Winter—although they did not specify an official release date.
Sega Genesis Classics will become the second Sega collection on the Nintendo Switch as the company also announced, back in April, that the
Sega Ages collection was coming to the Nintendo Switch.
