The Latest RAINBOW SIX SIEGE: WIND BASTION Trailers Focus On New Operators, Map, Gadgets And Improved Gameplay

Operation Grim Sky is slowly coming to an end, but a brand new journey already unfolds. Ubisoft has announced that this year's last major expansion titled Wind Bastion will give us a chance to explore a map that represents the pinnacle of Moroccan military training facilities. This map, titled Fortress, will offer a variety of open space and lines of sight for both close and long range engagements.

That's obviously not all, as two new Operators will be introduced during Operation Wind Bastion, Jalal “Kaid” El Fassi and Sanaa “Nomad” El Maktoub. Kaid is a Defender, who's main priority is protecting the Fortress, and his spider-inspired gadget can complement his security systems. Kaid’s "Rtila" Electroclaw can electrify reinforced walls and hatches, barbed wire, and also deployable shields.

Attacker Nomad possesses unmatched resilience to survive the elements and her endurance is famous within military circles. Her signature rifle attachment, The Airjab Launcher, is the main focus on the latest Rainbow Six: Siege - Operation Wind Bastion trailers, that also give us a better look at the development process behind the upcoming DLC and ways to put the new gadgets to good use.

The Siege is a brand-new style of gameplay embracing the reality of counter-terrorist operatives across the world: intense and asymmetrical close-quarters combat between attackers and defenders. As a defender, you will have the means to transform your environment into strongholds to prevent the attackers from breaching. As an attacker, you will have many planning options to face this challenge and defuse these situations.
