The next major step in
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege's evolution, the highly anticipated
Operation Phantom Sight expansion, will finally launch at some point next month, but the hard-working team at Ubisoft Montreal has already released some pretty neat details on the completely free DLC.
First of all,
Operation Phantom Sight will introduce players to two never-before-seen Operators, Attacker Nøkk and Defender Warden. Each of them will possess different abilities (the fact that Nøkk is basically a Future Soldier definitely makes her the more intriguing hero of those two) that will change the way you play
Siege forever – and all-new updates will only enrich your
Rainbow 6 experience.
Ubisoft has also shared two action-packed trailers for
Operation Phantom Sight and the new characters' gadgets – including Warden's Glance Smart Glasses and Nøkk's cutting-edge cloak.

The Siege is a brand-new style of gameplay embracing the reality of counter-terrorist operatives across the world: intense and asymmetrical close-quarters combat between attackers and defenders. As a defender, you will have the means to transform your environment into strongholds to prevent the attackers from breaching. As an attacker, you will have many planning options to face this challenge and defuse these situations.
