The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit is a game developed by Dontnod and published by Square Enix that was announced during this past E3, and will be free to play on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam.
The game is set in the same universe of Dontnod's
Life is Strange and is said to be a prequel to
Life is Strange 2, providing some hints and nods to the characters in it. Much like
Life is Strange,
Captain Spirit is also a graphic adventure that heavily focuses on narrative, making the game an interactive story rather than an adventure game.
