Overcooked! is a relatively new series of games developed by Ghost Town Games and published by Team 17. The first game in the series came out fot consoles and PC in 2016, with the Nintendo Switch version getting a July 2017 release.

The game is a cooking simulation game in which players have to prepare meals in time while moving through kitchens full of hazards and obstacles. Multiplayer also adds another layer of challenge, in which players need to cooperate in order to prepare these meals—making for some pretty chaotic game sessions.

Overcooked! 2 was announced during this year's E3 and will release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 7th of August. This new version is adding Online Multiplayer Mode, which allows players to either play classic couch co-op with up to 3 other friends, or go online and play with other players at their leisure—the chaos will be all the same.

Pre-orders for the game have just become available and players who purchase the game before it release will get Kevin's special "too many cooks pack", which features 5 spicy new cooks. The Nintendo Switch version is adding a special cook in the form of Platypus Chef. You can click right here to go to the Nintendo store and pre-order Overcooked! 2.

Now with online multiplayer for up to four chefs, there is no such thing as too many cooks and the steaks have never been higher as you prepare to save the Onion Kingdom... Again.

Overcookerd! 2 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 7th of August.
