Nintendo has a history of releasing their Nintendo Direct presentations in January, but this year this has not been the case; having fans losing their minds over the lack of announcements at the beginning of the year.
The closest thing we had to an announcement was
Nintendo officially revealing that the long-awaited Metroid Prime 4 had been delayed — a game that many fans were hoping to see featured in the next Nintendo Direct — and while it may have not been such bad news, it still wasn't the kind of announcement fans were expecting.
Not an hour ago, Nintendo has finally revealed the date for the next Nintendo Direct, and fans will be ecstatic to find out that it's coming out tomorrow, on the 13th of February, at 2PM Pacifict Time. As per the announcement, Nintendo also revealed that it will be a 35-minute videp resentation, and that one of the games to be featured is the new
Fire Emblem: Tree Houses title.
Nintendo has also revealed that, unsurprisingly, tomorrow's Direct will only focus on titles for the Nintendo Switch, leaving out any announcements for the Nintendo 3DS; which, again, is not surprising but worth mentioning.
