Pokémon has been around for over 20 years, with the original
Pokémon Red & Blue releasing in 1996 in Japan and in 1998 worldwide. When it irst launched, the game became a massive hit that has managed to remain just as relevant over the years.
When Nintendo first entered the mobile market with
Pokémon GO, the new pocket monster catching app also became a massive hits, since it managed to bring in casual players that had never played a Pokémon title before.
The new
Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! and
Pokémon Let's Go, Eevee! also cater a bit more to the casual player, by introducing mechanics similar to those found in Pokémon GO, and mixing it up with the familiar mechanics of the more traditional Pokémon titles that fans enjoy.
While
Pokémon, as a series, has been around for a long time—and
Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu/Eevee! being a slightly more casual title than other Pokémon games—some players may still find themselves struggling to get the hang of this new game.
For those players who still may find that
Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! and
Pokémon Let's Go, Eevee! are a tad more difficult than they anticipated, Nintendo has released a new overview trailer that goes over some of the basics of this new
Pokémon title in order to help players become the very best like no one ever was.
