Nintendo will be releasing a new vehicle kit for the Nintendo Labo, very appropriately called
Toy-Con 3: Vehicle Kit, on the
14th of September.
This new vehicle kit will be giving players the chance to construct three new vehicle handles for the Toy-Con Car, Toy-Con Plane, and the Toy-Con Submarine—which work in a similar way than the
Toy-Con 01: Variety Kit's Motorbike.
Today, Nintendo has released a new video showing off the
Nintendo Labo - Toy-Con 03: Vehicle Kit, and all the things that players can do with it.
While the Toy-Con Plane and Toy-Con Submarine handles are a very neat accessory, the one that takes the cake is, hands down, the Toy-Con Car wheel. This wheel even includes a pedal that adds to the experience, which makes driving the in-game vehicle feel like drivign a real car.
The Toy-Con Car's wheel has a bunch of additions like levers, knob, and even a pull cord. Just like any real car, one of the levers activates the wipers, and turning the knob gives players a lot of interesting options.
This Vehicle Kit will also include an adventure mode of sorts, in which players can go on different, and varied missions as they explore the game's world. Multiplayer is also available and players can play some mini games with their friends. From racing slot cars to engaging in intense automotive battles.
Stages that players have created using the Variety Kit can also be played on the Vehicle Kit. Adding to the creativity, there will also be included a Toy-Con Spray Can, which will allow players to fully customise the looks of their vehicles using Paint Studio.
Another thing to point out is that the
Nintendo Labo - Toy-Con 03: Vehicle Kit will also be compatible with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, allowing players to use the wheel to drive the karts and actually feel like they're in the game.
