Announced for the Nintendo Switch back in April, Sega Ages is a compilation of classic Sega titles released for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and Master System; which have been gradually becoming available via digital download on the Nintendo eShop.

The first two titles to be added to the Sega Ages lineup of classic titles, back in September, were the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog and Lightening Force: Quest for the Darkstar; both originally released on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.

The Sega Ages lineup was actually revealed when the game was announced, and includes the afore mentioned Sonic the Hedgehog and Lightening Force: Quest for the Darkstar(also known as Thunderforce IV), Outrun, Space Harrier, Columns II, and Phantasy Star.

Today, Sega has revealed that the next game making its way into the Nintendo Switch is none other than the iconic Sega Master System game Phantasy Star. Sega also has released a launch trailer for Phatasy Star, as the cult classic role-playing game just became available on the Nintendo Switch eShop today.
