NintendoThe Pokemon Company's hits keep rolling for their multi-billion dollar franchise as they release the first Nintendo Switch title(s) today, Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu Let's Go Eevee!

For avid Pokemon Trainers who have been keeping up with the most recent generations (they are currently on their 7th generation of Pokemon games!), the story for these titles harkens back to the Kanto region where the very first games, Pokemon Red Pokemon Blue, and their multitude of remakes, were based in.  There are still some inclusions from later games, such as Mega Evolutions (from Pokemon X & Y, 6th generation [2013]) and the Alolan Forms (from Pokemon Sun & Moon, 7th generation [2016]).

These titles will also serve as a bridge to the popular mobile AR (Augmented Reality) game for iOS and Android, Niantic's Pokemon GO.  Players will only be able to transfer Pokemon from Pokemon GO, and not vice versa, but these one sided trades will not leave their mobile game account's empty handed.  These transferred Pokemon will sit in what is known as, the "Go Park Complex," an updated and much livelier version than the original "Pokemon Storage," from the main series games.

Not only have they also introduced a new Mythical Pokemon for the main series of games (with a tie-in to Pokemon GO), and if trainers go ahead and purchase a new Nintendo Switch controller made just for Pokemon: Let's Go!, the Poke Ball Plus, they will get their very own Mew, the first ever Mythical Pokemon in the main series games!

They've also kept up the main series' game tradition with different species exclusive to certain editions, so here's the full list below:
