Winter is in full effect, and that means its the time of year where everyone wants nothing more than to stay inside curled up with blankets and relax. If you happen to be one of those looking to relax while staying warm and trying to find something to do instead of
Pokémon GO for the season, then the Pokémon Company is here to help.
Something that has gained much popularity lately is the Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) videos posted on Youtube and the like to help people relax. While this doesn't have the same effect on all people who watch it, the general idea is that watching and listening to different activities helps the viewer to relax and find peace in those more troubling times.
The Pokémon Company has decided to bring their ever-popular pocket monster franchise into direct collision with ASMR by releasing not one but two Pokémon ASMR videos in hopes to help their fans find the relaxation they're searching for. The first that you'll see below features the flame-tailed starter from Generation I - Charmander, and is aptly titled
Charmander's Fireside Slumber, while the other is headed by Chespin the grass starter and called
Chespin's Happy Snack Time.
The names of these videos are pretty self-explanatory when it comes to revealing their content, and below you can check out both
Charmander's Fireside Slumber and
Chespin's Happy Snack Time, courtesy of The Pokémon Company's
Pokémon Kids TV Youtube channel. Try not to fall asleep before you let us know your thoughts in the comments!
