A brand-new trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel to 2017's The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild debuted during today's Nintendo Direct, giving fans a much better idea of what to expect from Link's latest fantasy adventure game.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will see the evil wizard Ganondorf (who sounds a lot like Matt Mercer to us?) launch a massive aerial and ground attack on the kingdom of Hyrule, with the titular princess imploring the Hylian hero to intervene.
This game will feature many of the same aspects as its predecessor, including the open-world environment of Hyrule, which is expanded to allow for more vertical exploration.
Tears of the Kingdom will be the first Nintendo Switch exclusive to retail for $69.99, which has not say very well with some fans. The collector's edition, meanwhile, will cost $129.99 - but it includes an artbook, a Steelbook case, an Iconart steel poster, and a set of four pin badges.
