The Torna ~ The Golden Country expansion has already reached Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in a digital distribution format (it will soon also be available in stores and can be played independently).

On the occasion of its landing, we get a comparison of the game between the modes of use of the Switch console, that is, as a portable console and connected to the television.

In the video you can see that this expansion offers a better result in portable mode than the base game. Obviously, there are differences between both modes of use, but there is no noticeable change as in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Therefore, it seems that the team has been working on improving the performance of its rendering engine and have achieved a better visual experience.

As the giant beasts march toward death, the last hope is a scavenger named Rex—and Pyra, a living weapon known as a Blade. Can you find the fabled paradise she calls home? Command a group of Blades and lead them to countless strategic victories before the world ends.
