Today Disney revealed all of the juicy details in regards to Disney+, their brand-new streaming service, including the kind of content it will bring, the cost of the service, and what platforms subscribers will be able to watch their content on.
As revealed during the Disney's Investor Day 2019 webcast, the Disney+ streaming service will be available on a bunch of platforms, including PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One, as well as being able to support 4K HDR on the platforms that allow it.
Disney+ will be priced at $6.99 for one month, and the yearly subscritpion will cost $69.99, with the PlayStation 4 being the only console confirmed on launch day, which will see the streaming service becoming available on the
12th of November.
With heavy hitters like Marvel, Pixar, and National Geographic, Disney+ will likely have a great start that will benefit even more by providing the service to video game players; especially Nintendo Switch players who still haven't been given the long-requested Netflix app and this will help fulfill their streaming needs.
