Spyro: Reignited Trilogy is Activision's highly anticipated revival of the Spyro franchise, brought in the form of a collection that compiles the very first three titles in the series—originally developed by Insomniac Games.

The new trilogy has been built from scratch, since the developers not being able to get the original assets for the games—which is an amazing feat given how faithful to the originals is, and how clean and colourful they made it look now. Spyro: Reignited Trilogy will be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this September, and fans of the series can't get to wait their hands on this collection that looks better every time we look at it.

Today, we are treated to the Spyro: Reigniting a Legend panel that took place during this year's San Diego Comic-Con in which the developers, producers, composer, and voice actor for Spyro share their experience working on Spyro: Reignited Trilogy.

The panel was hosted by Geoff Keighley from the Game Awards, and features Director of Experience at Insomniac Games Brian Allgeier, Chief Creative Strategist at Insomniac Brian Hastings, Producer for Universal Interactive Michael John, Founder & CEO of Insomniac Games Ted Price, Paul Yan, Josh Nadelberg, and Stephen Vankov from Toys For Bob, original Spyro Soundtrack Composer Stewart Copeland and, of course, Tom Kenny returning as the voice of Spyro.
