Every month, those who are subsribed to PlayStation Plus will have a selection of video games made available to them for free — that is, not including the cost of the PlayStation Plus membership.
That time has rolled around again; September's free PlayStation Plus titles are now available to download. This means that last month's offerings, those being
Sniper Elite 4 and
WipEout Omega Collection, are no longer available for PlayStation Plus subscribers to download for free — but can obviously still be purchased in the PlayStation Store for their regular prices.
Instead of those, now PlayStation Plus subscribers have the chance to get their hands on both
Darksiders III and
Batman: Arkham Knight. The former is a hack-and-slash, action-adventure game from Gunfire Games and THQ Nordic. It's the third entry in the
Darksiders series and released back in October — so it's relatively new.
The latter is also the third entry in its respective series — that being the
Batman: Arkham trilogy. It's a sequel to the renowned pair of games that are
Batman: Arkham Asylum and
Batman: Arkham City. Players can soar the night sky as the titular DC Comics character and take out wrongdoers with a plethora of gadgets and incredibly fluid fighting mechanics.
PlayStation has released an official video for the pair of PlayStation Plus games which provides a brief glimpse and rundown of the both of them. You can check that out below:
