It is always exciting when a generation of consoles comes to an end, as it always means that a new generation will follow; one that will certainly give players even better experiences than the last, and the next generation of consoles is already looking quite promising.
The PlayStation 5 is only 12 days away from finally hitting store shelves, becomign available in the United States, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea on Thursday the 12th of November.
Players from all of the other remaining regions, however, will have to wait a little bit longer until they are finally able to get their hands on Sony's highly anticipated console, as it will become available worldwide on Thursday the 19th of November; no biggie, as it is only an additional week's worth of waiting.
Sony has already shared pretty much everything there is to know about the PlayStation 5, and players have also had the chance to see both the console itself and the all-new DualSense controller; from what we have all been able to gather, the console looks rather exquisite.
Just recently, Sony has shared quite a handful of insanely high definition images that will give players a closer look at the fine work the designers have done with the design of the PlayStation 5. As per usual, we recommend that you open the Flickr gallery in a different tab in order to better appreciate these images in their original resolution.
