The first
Guacamelee! was a welcome treat when it debuted 4 years ago. There was something endearing about the colorful, retro gameplay that satisfied players in need of a Rayman-style adventure. The game followed a Luchador in an epic quest to save his village from dark forces led by Carlos Calaca. The sequel takes place 7 years later when our hero, Juan Aguacate, must once again don his mask to meet a new threat whose outcome has the very fabric of space and time hanging in the balance.
A grappling hook will now be incorporated into the gameplay. Co-op will also be included for upto 4 players.
No release date has been announced. It is also unclear if it will be ported to other consoles. Check out the trailer below and tell us if you are excited to play this game.
