Besides the reveal of the next-generation console itself, Horizon Forbidden West rounded out Sony's PlayStation 5 reveal event just a couple of days ago — and what a way to end it. Developed by Guerilla Games, it's the long-awaited sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, which launched for the PlayStation 4 back in February 2017.

Horizon Forbidden West was undoubtedly the most visually stunning game that was showed off during the presentation. You can check out the awesome reveal trailer here. Of course, the visuals are so impressive as it's a PlayStation 5-exclusive title.

Nevertheless, as well as checking out the reveal trailer to get an idea of just how visually impressive Horizon Forbidden West is and will be, you can also check out these incredible new stills that have been released by Sony Interactive Entertainment. There are seven in total, most of which feature Aloy — who has quickly become one of PlayStation's all-stars.

However, just as Horizon Forbidden West wasn't the only stunning, new game revealed during the PlayStation 5 reveal event, it also isn't the only upcoming game for which Sony Interactive Entertainment has released some high-definition stills.

For instance, there's also Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and another of Insomniac Games' upcoming titles — Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. You can check out stills of the latter PlayStation 5 game here.

Horizon Forbidden West continues Aloy’s story as she moves west to a far-future America to brave a majestic, but dangerous frontier where she’ll face awe-inspiring machines and mysterious new threats. Coming to PlayStation 5.
