Since the announcement that Miles Morales would be getting his own game to coincide with the launch of the Playstation 5, the world has gone Spider-Man crazy all over again! One of the biggest reveals, aside from the new game, was that the original PS4 version would have a brand new remaster for the new console.
The remaster has been host to a ton of new changes that include some new trophies and challenges to overcome and, of course, the reworked face model of Peter Parker that fans either love or hate. However, something that has been universally praised is the addition of three new suits that include the suit from The Amazing Spider-Man film!
At the time of its announcement, there was no word on if the PS4 version would include these suits. But thanks to one fan who asked Insomniac Games Community Director James Stevenson if that would change, we finally got an answer.
According to Stevenson, the suits would, in fact, make it to the original version of the game, but the date has not yet been determined. We would love to hear your thoughts on the awesome news in the comments below!
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is set a year after the events of Marvel's Spider-Man. The standalone follow-up kicks off just before Christmas, as a street war kicks off between "an energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army".
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and the Remastered version of the original will be available on the PS5 and PS4 on November 12th!
