Last month, a disgruntled novelist firebombed the Kyoto Animation studio headquarters because he claimed that the company had stolen ideas for one of their projects form his book.  The attack resulted in the death of 35 KyoAni employees.

The latest report from Tokyo news outlets is that a disgruntled deliveryman threatened to execute a similar attack at the Square Enix headquarters because he wanted a refund because of a "sh^# game."  The individual has been named as Kenichi Hiratsuka, though details on what charges (if any) have been filed remain under wraps.  The police searched his home but did not find any evidence that Hiratsuka actually planned to carry out the attack.
