Detroit Become Human is the next PlayStation 4 exclusive that will be released directly after SIE Santa Monica's juggernaut, also known as God of War. The David Cage-directed game will also feature a more "cinematic" narration, similar to what we've seen in Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. But this time, Mr. Cage will focus on the artificial intelligence instead of aliens and superpowers (well, hopefully).
Quantic's latest game was initially announced during Paris Games Week three years ago. We had to wait until E3 2016 to see the actual gameplay from David Cage's next cinematic "experience" and this graphics quality comparison video posted by IGN yesterday suggest that players who are allergic to the word "downgrade" will sleep well, as the games looks as good, if not better, than the 2016 version.
You can download a short demo of
Detroit right on your PlayStation 4, but even the YouTube video (and remember that it's heavily compressed) shows the obvious differences between the two versions. The 2016 gameplay features a colder color palette and lackc some details that are evident in this year's, finished version. Be sure to see the difference between the two versions of
Detroit down below:
