A new month means new games coming to Xbox Game Pass. Microsoft has revealed the first batch of games coming to its library, one of which is already available today!
Kicking things off for the month is Superhot: Mind Control Delete (Cloud, Console, and PC). Available today, this first-person shooter takes you even further into "the signature fantasy world of Superhot with more story, more signature gameplay, more action, and more guns." For those who never played Superhot, time moves only when you move. So plan your next move wisely as enemies pour in from every direction.
Coming on April 3rd is LEGO 2K Drive (Cloud and Console). The name basically gives this one away — it's an open-world LEGO driving adventure. "Race anywhere, play with anyone, build your dream rides, and defeat a cast of wild racing rivals for the coveted Sky Trophy!" the description reads.
On April 4th, we get Lil Gator Game, an adorable open-world adventure where you explore a cutesy island and meet all sorts fun, interesting new friends.
Also coming on April 4th is EA Sports PGA Tour (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S). This is only going to be available through The Play List with PC Game Pass and Ultimate via EA Play. It's the latest installment in EA's long-running golf simulation series.
On April 9th, we get Kona (Cloud and Console) and Botany Manor (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S). Kona is a chilly, narrative-driven interactive tale in which you play as a detective, exploring an eerie villain in North Canada following a strange blizzard that has resulted in surreal events.
Botany Manor is actually a day one release through Game Pass. In this puzzle-solving game, you "explore the historic manor home of retired botanist Arabella Green, who has amassed a collection of rare, long-forgotten flora that require special conditions to help them bloom." As you solve these gardening puzzles, you'll unlock new seeds and revive these special plants.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC) comes on April 11th. This is the final chapter of Lara's origin. The Definitive Edition combines the base game, all seven DLC challenge tombs, and all downloadable weapons, outfits, and skills.
Closing out the first half of April's Xbox Game Pass arrivals is Harold Halibut, another day one launch. This is a handmade narrative game "about friendship and life in a city-sized spaceship submerged in an alien ocean. Join Harold as he explores a vibrant retro-future world in his quest to find the true meaning of ‘home’."
These new arrivals also means some depatures. Leaving Game Pass on April 15th are the following games:
