Gears of War 2 Release Date Info

You probably won't find this anywhere else, but we got a little scoop the other night on the new Gears of War title.

While fragging out on Gears of War the other night on Xbox Live, we were able to get a little dirt on the upcoming title.

According to our source, Gears of War 2 *should* be out next year (2008), assuming that all goes well. One would assume that they're trying to get it ready for the holiday season, when games are typically in very high demand.

Whether or not there will be a PC AND an Xbox 360 title released at the same time remains to be seen, as well as what the official game title will be.
