Gears of War, which is currently priced around $60US, will finally see a price drop this month.

A $40 version of Gears of War is due on June 4th, to be followed a few short weeks later with a Gears of War Special Edition. The Special Edition second disc will contain Map Packs 1 and 2, as well as some themes and trailers. The Gears of War Special Edition is scheduled to be released on June 24.

Unfortunately the Gears of War Special Edition WILL NOT include the Timgad level, which remains a PC exclusive.
