EVO (Evolution Championship Series) announced through a press release and through their social media that it is officially scheduled to take place in Las Vegas this August 4–6. Ahead of time, we have the whole list of the eight included games. Let's look at what competitors may expect later in 2023 as Street Fighter 6 heads a pack that includes anything from Dragon Ball FighterZ to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

Not only is the line-up filled with top-tiered games, EVO announced that there will be a pool of $25,000 for all of the main tournaments!
EVO also let gamers know they would also be holding a special open beta tournament for the Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising that will be held during the 3 day event!
The basic objective of Granblue Fantasy Versus is to defeat the opponent by employing a mix of strikes to repeatedly deplete their character's life bar in order to win the match. In the main Granblue Fantasy game, each character has unique skills called "Skybound Arts," which correspond to those capabilities. Each Skybound Arts can be activated with a single button push in an effort to make the game more approachable for new players, but the player must wait for a brief cooldown period before they can use it again. The cooldown period for the skill will be lowered if the user employs a more sophisticated combination of movement and button inputs to unleash the attack. RPG Mode, another story option in the game, is available. RPG Mode, in contrast to the main game mode, is more of a side-scrolling, beat 'em up, action role-playing game (like The King of Fighters All Star by Netmarble/SNK). Battle against exclusive monsters and minions in the story mode, create weapon grids, and play cooperatively.
