Microsoft has announced the four free Games With Gold titles that will be coming next month. Things are a little different this time around with the arrival of the Xbox Series X and S coming in November.
Microsoft is sticking to its traditional Games with Gold format, for the time being, releasing four games for free for Xbox LIVE Gold subscribers. Thanks to each system's backward compatibility functionality, all four games will be playable on the Xbox Series X|S as well as the Xbox One.
The two Xbox One games, which will be playable on Xbox Series X|S, are Aragami: Shadow Edition and Swimsanity! For the Xbox 360 classics, which are also playable across the console generations, we're getting Full Spectrum Warrior and Lego Indiana Jones.
Aragami: Shadow Edition is a third-person, stealth-action game in which you play as an undead assassin with the power to control the shadows and dispose of enemies. In addition to the solo campaign, the game offers a cross-platform multiplayer option where you can team up with another to test your stealth abilities. Swimsanity! is a multiplayer underwater shooter featuring co-op and versus game modes in an online or local environment. Unique powerups and weapons, over 150 challenges, and eight-game modes are featured in this aquatic shooter.
Full Spectrum Warrior is a military shooter that actually began as a training aid for the U.S. Army. As such, it features some of the most authentic military strategy and gameplay action. You assume command of Alpha and Bravo squads, issuing orders to eight soldiers in real-time. Lego Indiana Jones, of course, is LEGO's take on the beloved film franchise, spanning the adventures in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. There are 18 different levels inspired by the films as well as 60 playable characters to unlock.
Aragami: Shadow Edition will be available all November, while Swimsanity! will be free from November 16 through December 15. Full Spectrum Warrior will be free for the first half of the month (Nov. 1-15) and will be followed by Lego Indiana Jones (Nov. 16-30).
