Earlier today, Gears for Breakfast revealed that the Nintendo Switch version of
A Hat in Time was finally getting an official release date, which would see the game launching both digitally and physically on the
18th of October.
Among some of the new features that Gears for Breakfast is introducing in
A Hat in Time for the Nintendo Switch, players should expect —for the first time in consoles — a co-op mode, as well as the "
Seal the Deal" downloadable content that other versions of the game still haven't gotten.
With the announcement, the developer released quite a handful of in-game screenshots for
A Hat in Time running on the Nintendo Switch, as well as a trailer that gives us a good idea what the game will look like; considering that the Nintendo Switch is not as powerful as the other platforms the game's been released on, the downgrade is almost imperceptible.
The other good news is that pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch version of
A Hat in Time have become available, and players can already pre-order the 3D platformer for $39.99 USD on
Amazon.
So, without further ado, be sure to check out the in-game screenshots and trailer for
A Hat in Time — running on the Nintendo Switch — down below.
