Nomada Studio's artsy platformer Gris was released in December of last year for the Nintendo Switch, macOS, and PC; becoming available on iOS this past August. The game has been very well-received by critics, who praise level design and the game's beautiful art style.

It isn't just critics who seem to have taken a liking to Nomada Studio's critically acclaimed platformer, as new information has revealed that The Fabulous mobile app has blatantly, and shamelessly ripped the game off; at least, bits of it.

Devolver Digital — the publisher of Gris — has taken to Twitter to express their discontent by calling them out by name and condemning the mobile app for stealing creative work from smaller studios; in this case, in particular, referring to Nomada Studio being ripped off.

The Fabulous isn't really a game, but an application that promotes healthy habits. Perhaps tit would be wise for the app's developers to make it a good habit not to steal other people's creative work to profit off it.

Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality.

Gris is currently available for be available for the Nintendo Switch, PC, macOS, and iOS devices.
