Yacht Club Games made quite a few interesting announcements during their "Yacht Club Games Presents" video presentation, which was streamed earlier today and offered a bit of information in regards to their critically acclaimed
Shovel Knight.
Everything they revealed during their presentation was more than enough to keep fans of the Shovel Knight series excited, especially the reveal that
Yacht Club Games had partnered up with Nitrome to work on Shovel Knight Dig; a direct sequel to the original
Shovel Knight.
The developer also released two brand-new trailers for the upcoming
Shovel Knight: King of Cards expansion and the all-new
Shovel Knight: Showdown — which is a fighting game that borrows some elements from party titles like Nintendo's
Super Smash Bros. series.
Yacht Club Games has since released the entire video presentation online, and has also made available the trailers for both the
King of Cards expansion and
Shovel Knight: Showdown; also revealing that both the expansion and the upcoming fighting game will become available at a yet-to-be-determined date
this December.
