Devsisters has officially revealed a crossover between Cookie Run: Kingdom and The Amazing Digital Circus, the hit animated web series from Glitch Productions. The official Cookie Run: Kingdom account started teasing the collab earlier this week (October 15th), and the game has since shown off the full TADC cast in Cookie form, from Pomni and Jax to the ringmaster Caine himself.
It started with a simple "Coming Soon" image under a "LOADING NEW ADVENTURE" banner and the message "Dropping into the Cookie Kingdom now! Are you ready to explore?" That teaser alone has picked up more than 50,000 likes and over 3 million views on X, which gives a good idea of how many people were waiting to see what came next.
The first proper look came in a short clip the game posted on X, showing the digital Cookies arriving in the Cookie Kingdom with their circus tent. Check it out down below:
The Whole Circus Is Coming
The collab key art puts the entire main cast in the Cookie Kingdom. Pomni, Jax, Ragatha, Gangle, Zooble, Kinger, and Caine all appear, redrawn in Cookie Run's chunky, rounded style and surrounded by the floating shapes and odd little faces that fill the Digital Circus.
Devsisters followed that up with a full trailer on the official Cookie Run: Kingdom YouTube channel, titled "The Amazing Digital Circus Comes to the Cookie Kingdom!" Caine opens it in true ringmaster fashion, greeting his "delectably crunchy digital cookies" before announcing the start of a new collab adventure. One of the cast nervously asks, "This isn't a horror adventure, is it?" which fans of the show will appreciate, and Caine signs off by wishing everyone luck as his "little superstars." When The Collab Starts
It has been reported that the crossover goes live with the game's next update next week (October 21st). That lines up with the official account's other teaser this week, which promised that the next big story beat, the Crimson Moon, would be revealed on October 21st. Devsisters has not yet laid out the full list of rewards, events, or banners for the collab.
It has also been reported that Pomni Cookie and Jax Cookie will be the playable characters, with the rest of the TADC cast appearing as guest characters in the event. That split has not been confirmed in the official posts so far, so expect more details as the update gets closer. Cookie Run: Kingdom is free to play on iOS and Android, so anyone who wants to try the collab only needs to download the game.
A Big Swing For Both Sides
The Amazing Digital Circus, created by Gooseworx, premiered its pilot on YouTube in October 2023 and quickly turned into one of the biggest independent animated series online. It follows Pomni, a woman who finds herself trapped inside a strange virtual circus run by the AI ringmaster Caine, along with a group of other humans who have been stuck there for who knows how long. Its mix of bright cartoon visuals and dark, existential horror is a big part of why it caught on so quickly.
Glitch Productions is also the studio behind Murder Drones and SMG4, and TADC has become its flagship series.
That makes the pairing with Cookie Run an interesting one. Cookie Run: Kingdom has been running since early 2021 and has done big crossovers before, including its collab with BTS. TADC is something different, and the reaction online has been a mix of TADC fans downloading the game for the first time and longtime Cookie Run players trying to figure out what a digital circus is doing in their kingdom.
The timing also puts the TADC cast right next to a new storyline. The official account has been teasing the Crimson Moon alongside a new dragon-themed Cookie, posting an image of a "Sweet, violet fruit" under the moonlight this week. Some players have already joked that the new dragon is about to be overshadowed by a jester.
