In addition to Thundurus joining Five Star Raid Battles in the month of March it seems at least four other Legendary creatures will be gracing Trainers with their presence in
Pokémon Go. Lugia, Altered Forme Giratina, Cobalion, and Darkrai will all receive their own featured weekend during which Trainers will have the opportunirt to capture these rare pocket monsters.
While none of these creatures are new to the game it comes as a surprise to see all of them featured in one month. For whatever reason Niantic is celebrating Spring by holding Legendary Special Raid Weekends the entire month but that certainly doesn't come as a bother to players -- many of whom welcome the replayability factor boosted by the continually shifting event roster.
Over the four weekends the creatures will be featured in the following order: Darkrai, Altered Forme Giratina, Cobalion, and then Darkrai. They will all know event-exclusive moves and there are shiny versions available of each for any collectors out there.
