October kicked off with the release of Call of Duty: Mobile. The recently released, popular first-person shooter mobile game is an amalgamation of many prior instalments in the popular video game series. However, whilst a multiplayer mode and battle royale mode have been available since launch, there's one aspect of Call of Duty fame that was noticeably left absent.

It's not Spec Ops, we're of course referring to the iconic Zombies mode. Traditionally, the Call of Duty Zombies mode would see players pit against increasingly difficult waves of the undead, all the while improving themselves with perks and wacky weaponary — such as the iconic Ray Gun and Wuderwaffe DG-2.

Well, thankfully, Activision and Tencent have got Call of Duty: Mobile players covered as they have now announced that a Zombies mode will be added to the mobile game on November 22nd — that is to say, in less that one week's time.

A brief teaser was released on social media which sees the Call of Duty: Mobile logo reworked to be more gory and zombified. You can check that out below (via @PlayCODMobile):

Call of Duty®: Mobile is a new free-to-play game that brings together the maps, weapons and characters from across the Call of Duty® series in the definitive first-person action experience on mobile.

Call of Duty: Mobile is out now for iOS and Android devices.
