The live-action Super Mario Bros. movie is one of the most memorable films based on a video game to date; for all of the wrong reasons. It was a poor adaptation that took way too many liberties and didn't deliver in any department, but in time the movie has reached cult-classic status; probably also for all of the wrong reasons.

While it is no secret that the Super Mario Bros. movie didn't get the reception from fans that the studio may have wanted, there are some people who actually have come to have a soft spot for the film — and there's a bunch of them who run SMBmovie.com; a website dedicated to offer information about the controversial movie.

Recently, the people over at SMBmovie.com have released a never-before-seen scene from the Super Mario Bros. movie that never made the final cut. In it, we see Mario and Luigi getting into an argument with the rival plumbers — the Scapellis — which is one of the early scenes in the movie.

The SMBmovie.com crew plan on releasing more deleted scenes, and even will even try to add them to the film in hopes to make the ultimate cut of the Super Mario Bros. movie; hopefully one that is a tad easier to sit through.
