A Plague Tale: Innocence, the new story-driven experience from the co-creators of
Fuel and
The Crew, is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 14th of May, but Focus Home Interactive has already released the first "
accolades" trailer for the game. The video focuses on the raving feedback from the journalists who have already had a chance to play the game during recent hands-on sessions.
According to the press,
Innocence is “
full of promise” with “
everything it takes to be a good game” as Asobo Studio is doing an “
exceptional job at portraying raw, emotional storytelling”, featuring “
haunting art direction” and “
a lot more to the gameplay and story than first meets the eye.”
Considering that many critics compare
A Plague Tale to
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, those players who enjoy a good, well-written story more than countless game modes and multiplayer-focused gameplay should keep and eye on this all-new survival title. As a reminder, in
A Plague Tale, you play as siblings Amicia and Hugo as they struggle through the heart of the ruthless world of 14th century France.
